The College of Basic Education continues its steady efforts to foster a culture of teamwork and institutional responsibility, based on its firm belief that a clean, well-maintained university environment is one of the fundamental pillars of academic excellence and institutional advancement. In this context, the College organized a comprehensive campus clean-up campaign under the patronage and direct supervision of the Dean of the College, Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Hussein Ali, with the active participation of faculty members and all administrative and technical staff, who demonstrated exemplary commitment, cooperation, and a strong sense of institutional belonging.
The campaign covered all college buildings, corridors, courtyards, walkways, gardens, and service facilities, as well as the various areas that receive students and staff on a daily basis. The initiative aimed to provide a clean, safe, and well-organized educational environment that reflects the College's distinguished academic standing while fostering an atmosphere conducive to learning, creativity, and academic achievement.
The Dean emphasized that maintaining the cleanliness of an educational institution is not the responsibility of a single individual or department; rather, it is a shared responsibility that reflects a culture of civic awareness and responsible conduct. He further noted that such initiatives strengthen institutional loyalty, promote the values of cooperation and volunteerism, and embody the civilized image that Iraqi universities should strive to present.
