Vision
To enhance the role of the Quality Assurance and Performance Evaluation Unit so that it becomes a distinguished entity in improving both administrative and academic performance at the College of Basic Education.
Mission
To achieve continuous improvement in administrative and academic performance through comprehensive self-evaluation of all college sectors, in order to attain the desired institutional goals.
Goals
- Promoting a Culture of Quality: To disseminate awareness of quality concepts and academic accreditation among faculty members, staff, and students through seminars and workshops.
- University Performance Evaluation: To conduct annual evaluations of academic and administrative staff and analyze assessment results to identify strengths and weaknesses.
- Self-Assessment and Accreditation: To oversee the preparation of the college’s self-evaluation reports and work toward qualifying departments for academic and institutional accreditation.
- Monitoring Quality Standards: To follow up on the implementation of quality assurance standards across all college divisions and to prepare procedural manuals.
- Measuring Stakeholders’ Perspectives: To conduct periodic surveys to assess the views of students and faculty members regarding the teaching and learning processes within the college.
- Planning and Improvement: To develop improvement plans based on evaluation outcomes and submit recommendations aimed at enhancing performance.
- Documentation and Correspondence: To document data related to evaluation files and respond to official letters and correspondence concerning quality matters.
