College of Basic Education Council Holds Its Eleventh Open Session for the Morning Study Program for the 2025–2026 Academic Year

Chaired by the Dean of the College of Basic Education, Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Hussein Ali, and attended by the esteemed members of the College Council, the Eleventh Open Session for the Morning Study Program of the 2025–2026 Academic Year was convened.

The meeting agenda included the discussion of several academic and administrative issues. The Council reviewed reports on the progress of the teaching and examination processes, followed up on the implementation of previous resolutions, and considered a number of proposals aimed at enhancing academic and administrative performance across the College's academic departments and administrative units, in a manner that supports the achievement of quality assurance and institutional accreditation.

The session also witnessed an extensive discussion of the academic promotion files submitted by a number of faculty members. The Council reviewed the reports and recommendations of the specialized scientific committees and verified that all promotion files complied with the approved regulations and instructions governing academic promotions.

Furthermore, the Council emphasized the importance of supporting scientific research and encouraging faculty members to continue their academic and research contributions, thereby strengthening the academic standing of both the College and the University and enhancing the quality and impact of their scholarly output.image2026-6-22-5.jpg
