The Dean of the College of Basic Education, Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Hussein Ali, welcomed Professor Dr. Rebwar Mohammed Saeed, Assistant President of the University of Kirkuk for Administrative Affairs, during an official visit to the College. The visit was conducted as part of the University Presidency's commitment to monitoring institutional and academic development and reviewing the progress achieved in the areas of quality assurance and academic accreditation.
During the visit, an expanded meeting was held in the presence of the Assistant Deans, Heads of Academic Departments, and the officials responsible for the Quality Assurance and Academic Accreditation Units. The Dean presented the key measures and procedures undertaken by the College in recent years to strengthen comprehensive quality standards, enhance the educational and administrative environment, and improve academic performance in line with the vision of the University of Kirkuk and the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and
Scientific Research regarding academic accreditation and quality assurance.
The Dean emphasized that the College of Basic Education continues to implement well-structured strategic plans aimed at promoting a culture of quality across all academic and administrative sectors of the College. These efforts include the development of academic programs, the modernization of curricula, the enhancement of the capacities of academic and administrative staff, and the promotion of scientific research, scholarly activities, and community service, all of which contribute to achieving institutional and academic excellence.
