
Under the patronage of the President of the University of Kirkuk, Professor Dr. Imran Jamal Hassan, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Basic Education, Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Hussein Ali, and within the framework of the ongoing efforts to enhance the quality of the educational process and advance academic standards in accordance with approved scientific criteria, the officials of the Accreditation Unit conducted a field visit to Jawharat Al-Ma‘rifa Primary School, in cooperation with the Kirkuk Directorate of Education. The visit was carried out by Assist. Prof. Hassan Musli Mohammed and Asst. Lec. Iyad Ali Mohammed, along with an accompanying delegation from the college staff.
This visit is part of a series of activities aimed at monitoring the implementation of quality assurance and academic accreditation standards in educational institutions. Such visits represent an important scientific measure that contributes to evaluating institutional performance and identifying key strengths as well as opportunities for improvement. The visit also sought to strengthen avenues of mutual cooperation between educational institutions and to promote the exchange of expertise in a manner that supports the development of the educational environment.
The visit included an overview of the school’s educational setting, as well as monitoring pedagogical and administrative practices, in addition to discussing effective approaches to improving the quality of education in alignment with accredited standards. The visiting delegation also commended the efforts exerted by the school administration and teaching staff in providing an appropriate educational environment that contributes to the development of students’ abilities.
