The College of Basic Education at the University of Kirkuk, represented by the Women’s Affairs Unit, organized a scientific seminar entitled “Training in the Use of Administrative Skills and Scientific Techniques in the Labor Market,” delivered by Assistant Lecturer Hanan Ali Zainal.
The seminar represents an important step in the development of human competencies and in enhancing their readiness to meet the demands of the modern era.
In today’s world, rapid developments are taking place across various fields, particularly in administration and technology. This makes it essential for individuals—especially young people and graduates—to acquire advanced skills that combine scientific knowledge with practical application.
Moreover, academic achievement alone is no longer sufficient. It has become necessary to refine such knowledge with modern administrative skills and advanced scientific techniques that contribute to achieving excellence and innovation within diverse work environments.
