College of Basic Education – University of Kirkuk 
Under the patronage of the President of the University of Kirkuk, Professor Dr. Imran Jamal Hassan, and under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Basic Education, Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Hussein Ali, the Division of Continuing Education, in cooperation with the Quality Assurance Division, organized a two-day scientific workshop (Tuesday and Wednesday) entitled “Explanation of the Craftsmen and Technicians Form,” delivered by Assistant Professor Dr. Ibrahim Owaid Harrat.
The workshop aimed to highlight the correct procedures for completing the form and to clarify its importance in organizing the data of craftsmen and technicians, thereby contributing to supporting this vital group and enhancing their opportunities to benefit from available programs and services.
It also provided a detailed explanation of all sections of the form, clarifying the basic requirements and conditions for registration, in addition to offering practical guidance to help participants avoid common errors during the application process. Furthermore, the workshop included an open discussion session to address participants’ inquiries and provide necessary clarifications to ensure a comprehensive and accurate understanding of all aspects related to the form.
