A Scientific Seminar Entitled: “The Role of Women in Reforming Institutional Decision-Making”

 

Under the patronage of the President of the University of Kirkuk, Prof. Dr. Imran Jamal Hassan, and under the supervision and attendance of the Dean of the College of Basic Education, Assist. Prof. Dr. Ali Hussein Ali, the Continuing Education Division organized a scientific seminar at the College of Law entitled “The Role of Women in Reforming Institutional Decision-Making.” The seminar was delivered by Assist. Prof. Dr. Sukayna Ali Kareem.
The seminar addressed the importance of empowering women in decision-making positions and highlighted their effective role in promoting the principles of good governance and supporting institutional reform. It also emphasized women’s contribution to the development of the academic and administrative work environment in line with the requirements of sustainable development.
The seminar was attended by a number of professors, lecturers, and students, in addition to the participation of a group of specialists who enriched the seminar through their academic interventions and constructive discussions. These contributions emphasized the importance of involving women in institutional decision-making as an essential partner in the process of reform and development.
