College of Basic Education – University of Kirkuk 
Under the patronage of the esteemed President of Kirkuk University, Professor Dr. Imran Jamal Hassan, and the supervision of the esteemed Dean of the College of Basic Education, Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Hussein Ali, with field follow-up from the esteemed Scientific Assistant, Assistant Professor Dr. Sakina Ali Karim, and jointly organized by the Continuous Education and Media and Government Communication departments, the Kindergarten and English Language departments at the College of Basic Education held their central graduation ceremony for their students on Tuesday, April 15, 2025, in the college's conference hall. The ceremony began with a blessed recitation of verses from the Holy Quran, followed by the official segments, which included welcoming speeches and a showcase of the graduates' procession.
During the ceremony, the Dean of the College, Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Hussein Ali, delivered a speech on the occasion, expressing his pride in the graduates and appreciation for the efforts they made during their years of study, emphasizing the importance of their educational mission in building society. The Scientific Assistant, Assistant Professor Dr. Sakina Ali Karim, also delivered a speech in which she expressed the college's pride in this generation of students, praising their discipline and excellence, and urging them to be role models in their educational and professional fields.
The ceremony was attended by several professors from the scientific departments, who shared in the students' joy and congratulated them on their graduation, in an academic atmosphere filled with affection, tolerance, and respect. At the end of the ceremony, graduation certificates were distributed to the students, along with certificates of appreciation and gratitude in celebration of their graduation, in recognition of their efforts and active participation throughout their university journey.
