College of Basic Education – University of Kirkuk 
Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Hussein Ali, Dean of the College of Basic Education at the University of Kirkuk, held an initial meeting with the preparatory committee for the Conference on Humanities and Educational Sciences at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, July 16, 2025. This meeting was based on the letter from the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research / Research and Development Department, number (4022) dated March 27, 2025, and the letter from the University of Kirkuk, number (4016) dated March 9, 2025, in cooperation with the College of Basic Education / Salahaddin University, and the College of Humanities Education / Tikrit University.
The meeting included the members of the preparatory committee, who are:

- Instructor Hoshamand Jawhar Abbas
- Assistant Professor Dr. Halz Antar Wali (University of Salahaddin)
- Professor Dr. Muthanna Mushan Al-Mazrouei (University of Tikrit)
