Opening of the Department of Quranic and Oriental Studies at the College of Arts

The College of Arts at Kirkuk University held the official inauguration of the Department of Quranic and Oriental Studies.

During the ceremony, the Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Omer Najm Al-Dern Enja, delivered a speech emphasizing the significance of Quranic studies, which aim to unveil the secrets of the Holy Quranic text and highlight its miraculous aspects.

In turn, the head of the department, Dr. Hanaa Inam Amin, expressed the department's commitment to preparing and training students in the fields of Quranic and Oriental studies, particularly in light of the increasing number of Western publications focusing on Islamic methodology and culture.
