President of Kirkuk University Conducts an Inspection Visit to the College of Arts

On Thursday, October 17, 2024, the President of Kirkuk University, Prof. Omran Jamal Hassan, conducted an inspection visit to the College of Arts. He was received by the Dean of the College, Prof. Omar Najm Al-Deen Enja, along with the assistant deans for academic and administrative affairs, department heads, and several faculty members.

The university president reviewed the college's infrastructure to address the challenges it faces and to prepare the necessary requirements for establishing new departments, including English, Quranic Studies, and Oriental Studies. This involved arranging space and classrooms for these departments in coordination with the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences.

Additionally, the visit included inspecting the preparation of a space for the Center for Interfaith Dialogue and Social Peace, as well as for the College of Media. The university president praised the preparations made by the College of Arts in this regard.
