College of Arts Organizes a Training Course on Promoting the Culture of Participation in Decision-Making

Under the patronage of the President of the University of Kirkuk, Prof. Dr. Omran Jamal Hassan, and supervised by the Dean of the College of Arts, Prof. Dr. Omer Najm Al-Deen Enja, the College of Arts, through the Continuing Education Division, in cooperation with the Continuing Education Center at the University of Kirkuk, held a developmental training course titled “Promoting the Culture of Participation in the Decision-Making Process.”

The three-day course (October 8-10, 2024), held in the college’s activity hall and led by Assistant Professor Dr. Noorjan Adel Mahmoud and Assistant Professor Dr. Saad Abdul Mutlaq, aimed to strengthen the culture of participation in decision-making. This culture is considered a key element in creating a more efficient work environment and provides opportunities to explore diverse ideas and perspectives that contribute to successful decision-making.
