Promotion of a Faculty Member in the Department of Media at the College of Arts

A decree was issued by the President of the University of Kirkuk, Professor Dr. Omran Jamal, promoting Dr. Abdulrazzaq Abdullah Saeed, a faculty member in the Department of Media at the College of Arts.

According to the decision, the promotion was from the rank of Lecturer to the rank of Assistant Professor, as per the university order issued by the University of Anbar.
