College of Arts - University of Kirkuk announces the opening of the application process for admission into the morning study under the (Direct Admission Channel) for the academic year (2024-2025) for graduates of schools affiliated with the Endowments Directorates and graduates of the Islamic Studies high schools affiliated with the Ministry of Education, starting from Tuesday, 10/9/2024, according to the conditions and regulations.
The period for conducting exams for the applicants will be announced at a later time. It is worth noting that graduates are allowed to apply for two departments in the college, which are (Arabic Language and History). Therefore, we urge students wishing to apply to hasten to visit us before the end of the application period or the completion of the required seats, bringing with them the documents listed below:
First: Conditions and Regulations for Direct Admission:
1. The applicant’s average for direct admission must not be less than 60.
2. The student’s admission to the college depends on success in the competitive exam conducted by the college.
3. The date of the written test will be announced later, and the application of any student who misses the exam will be canceled.
Note: The application form is available at the Students Affairs and Registration Department of the college throughout the week.
Second: Required Documents for Application:
A certified high school document according to the conditions.
2. A colored copy of the unified national ID card or the civil status ID along with the nationality certificate of the applicant.
3. A colored copy of the unified national ID card or the civil status ID along with the nationality certificate of the parents.
4. A colored copy of the food ration card.
5. A copy of the passport (if available).
6. An original medical check-up from the nearest health center or teaching hospital.
7. A colored copy of the residence card or a residency confirmation.
8. Four colored photos with a white background.
9. Sponsor’s documents (a service continuation confirmation from their department and the department's ID).
10. A CD loaded with the aforementioned documents.
