Faculty Member from the College of Arts Chairs a Master’s Thesis Defense Committee at the University of Sulaimani

Professor Dr. Dilshad Omar Abdulaziz, a faculty member in the Department of History at the College of Arts, University of Kirkuk, chaired the committee for the defense of a Master’s thesis titled "The Secret Organizations of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan in Sulaimani 1976-1991" by the researcher Zana Mohammed Karim. The defense was held at the hall of the College of Humanities at the University of Sulaimani.

The thesis aimed to shed light on the secret organizations of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK) in the city of Sulaimani between 1976 and 1991. it also examined the role of these secret organizations in stimulating the party's political and military movements within the framework of opposition parties against the ruling regime during the period of the study.

The thesis was accepted with a grade of "Satisfactory."
