A faculty member from the Department of Applied Geography participates in a master’s thesis defense at the College of Education

Assistant Professor Dr. Hamad Ali Ahmad Daham, a faculty member in the Department of Applied Geography at the College of Arts, University of Kirkuk, participated in the defense of the master's thesis entitled 'Geographical Analysis of Natural Factors and Their Role in the Spatial Variation of Agricultural Land Uses in the District of Kirkuk' by student Khalil Hamid Abush. The defense took place in the College of Education for Humanities on Monday, October 14, 2024.

The study highlighted the spatial suitability for agricultural production, which is considered one of the important studies within the field of applied research with economic and developmental dimensions, as it aims to utilize all its potential to achieve the highest possible productivity.

The thesis was approved with the grade 'Satisfactory'.
