Dean of Arts Participates in an International Conference on the "Psychological Geology of Societies"

Prof. Dr. Omar Najmuddin Inja, Dean of the Faculty of Arts at the University of Kirkuk, participated in the international scientific conference titled "Psychological Geology of Societies: Youth Energies and Re-establishing Arab Value Depth." The event saw broad international participation from academics representing various Arab countries.
During the conference, the Dean delivered a speech in which he emphasized that youth represent the driving force of society; they are the men of tomorrow and the fathers of the future, bearing the responsibility of leading the nation across all fields.
He explained that reforming the youth is essential for the reformation of the nation, noting that one of the primary strengths of young people is that their energies are adaptable and capable of transformation in future stages. He stressed that educational and academic institutions must harness these energies to facilitate social change, as youth are the ones who lead practical solutions for society and possess a great passion and high capacity to adapt to global developments.
The Dean also pointed out that youth are the cornerstone of sustainable development in society, given their role in the labor market as a primary source of the national economy. Therefore, it is imperative to care for them. He added that it is our collective responsibility to create a suitable and supportive environment that preserves their faith, intellect, and the other core necessities that scholars have mandated must be protected and shielded from harm.
