College of Arts Organizes a Scientific Seminar on the Role of Building Materials in Reducing Energy Consumption

The Department of Geography at the College of Arts, University of Kirkuk, held a scientific seminar titled "Alternative Energy and the Role of Climate in Production and Consumption."

The seminar included an explanation about the role of building materials in reducing energy consumption, as well as the use of available insulation methods, including the use of various insulating materials.

The seminar aimed to focus on the establishment of a climate station specifically for the Applied Geography Department at the University of Kirkuk and the formation of a collaborative working team between the departments of Applied Geography, Physics, and Engineering, in order to develop sustainable energy alternatives.
