Student Affairs
The division is concerned with everything related to the student's technical needs or those starting from the student's application for admission to the university until his graduation and coordination between colleges in light of the general objectives and requirements for Community Development and follow-up on the implementation of decisions of higher authorities and the organization and coordination of student admission, because the division is the link between the student and the university , and thus the division is responsible for applying the principles and instructions issued by the Ministry of Higher Education
Postgraduate Studies
The Graduate Studies Division is considered one of the main pillars of the college, as it represents an important link between the data and outputs of Graduate Studies at the college and between the university presidency and the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. The division also participates in solving the obstacles facing the career of graduate students, starting from their admission to the granting of documents and certificates through close and fruitful cooperation with the Office of the Vice Dean for Scientific Affairs, Graduate Studies and Student Affairs, and the Heads of Departments, where they form a strong integrated chain
Initial Bachelor's Studies

Building bridges of trust between the student and the University, establishing the foundations of administrative and organizational construction as required, taking care of the rights of students in all aspects guaranteed by the laws and instructions in force, working with the registration departments at all university colleges as one team spirit to serve our dear students, in addition to creating a database for all university graduates.
GraduateStudents
Supervision, preparation and graduation of scientific cadres and development of their abilities and competencies to be qualified to obtain higher certificates ( Higher Diploma – Master – doctorate ) for various scientific specialties, starting from the admission plan, generalizing the application controls, following up instructions and issuing University orders to Grant Study leave until university orders are issued at the end of the study period and granting scientific certificates.
