Student Affairs
The division is concerned with everything related to the student's technical needs, starting from admission to the university until graduation. It coordinates between colleges in light of the general goals and requirements for community development, follows up on the implementation of decisions from higher authorities, and organizes and coordinates student admissions. The division serves as the link between the student and the university; thus, it is responsible for applying the principles and instructions issued by the Ministry of Higher Education.
Undergraduate Studies (Bachelor's)
Building bridges of trust between the student and the university, establishing administrative and organizational foundations as required, protecting student rights in all aspects guaranteed by existing laws and regulations, and working with registration departments in all university colleges as one team to serve our dear students, in addition to creating a database for all university graduates.

Postgraduate Studies
The Postgraduate Division is considered one of the basic pillars of the college, as it represents the important link between the inputs and outputs of postgraduate studies in the college and both the University Presidency and the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. The division also participates in solving obstacles facing postgraduate students from their admission until they are granted documents and certificates through close and fruitful cooperation with the office of the Vice Dean for Scientific Affairs and Postgraduate Studies and the Heads of Departments.

Graduates Unit
Supervising the preparation and graduation of scientific cadres and developing their abilities and potential to be qualified for higher degrees (Higher Diploma – Master’s – Doctorate) for various scientific disciplines. This starts from the admission plan, generalizing application guidelines, following up on instructions, and issuing university orders for granting study leaves until university orders are issued for the end of the study period and the granting of scientific degrees.
