Required Documents for Postgraduate (Master's) Applicants 2024-2025

1. A graduation certificate or graduation endorsement addressed to (University of Kirkuk - College of Education for Girls / Postgraduate Studies).
2. The original electronic application form + (2) colored copies.
3. A "No Objection" letter from the applicant's employer (Original + 2 colored copies).
4. English Language Proficiency Certificate + Computer Proficiency Certificate + Arabic Language Proficiency Certificate (Original + 3 colored copies of each).
5. A written pledge form for security clearances + (2) colored copies.
6. Application forms (500, 501, 504, and 506) with the applicant's personal photo attached; no crossing out or use of correction fluid (white-out) is allowed on these forms.
7. Two colored copies of personal identification (National ID exclusively, Residence Card, Ration Card + Father's ID).
8. (6) Colored personal photos of the applicant with a white background.
9. A letter from the graduating college stating the top student's GPA in the applicant's graduation year.
10. Applicants applying through "Privilege Channels" (Special categories) must fill out their respective forms and have them certified by the designated institutions as specified in the form fields.
11. Attach all the aforementioned documents in a transparent plastic sleeve and place them inside a green folder.
12. A **CD** containing all the documents and records mentioned above.

Note: No file will be accepted if there is any deficiency in the required documents.
