About the Department
The Department of educational and psychological counseling at the College of education for girls is one of the aspirations of society that provides the recipient with educational and psychological materials that help them acquire the necessary skill for effective teaching after graduation, and also helps them identify the causes that affect the educational process as a whole and in all disciplines. The need of society also necessitates the creation of this department with its female staff, as the outputs of this department meet the actual requirements of society, in addition to preparing them in the field of specialties required by the stage at the secondary school levels in our schools, where these subjects prescribed to students constitute a percentage of approximately

(70%) of the total curriculum planned for the four stages in the Departments of educational and psychological counseling of the colleges of education according to the nature of the goals of these colleges.
