Legal Division

The Legal Division, like the rest of the other divisions that make up the organizational and administrative structure of the government department, has specific duties according to the law, and these duties are internal and external.
As for internal duties, they are the legal and administrative links between the Legal Division and the rest of the divisions and other departments in the department on the one hand, and some legal matters for employees on the other hand.
As for external duties, their relationship with other official and unofficial departments and institutions, and the Legal Division is considered a safety valve for the department in maintaining following the legal contexts in all procedures taken by the department.
The job description of the Legal Division in determining its duties is in accordance with the points below.
1. Expressing opinion and legal advice and answering all inquiries and legal advice received from the head of the department or other departments and divisions.
2. Representing the department before judicial courts, all state departments, and other competent authorities.
3. Drafting, organizing and approving contracts, pledges and guarantees.
4. Providing residential units and lands for the department’s members, in cooperation with the Legal Department.
5. Carrying out all legal work related to the relationship between the department and its members.
The units that make up the Legal Division are:
1. Rights and Claims Unit.
2. Contracts and Guarantees Unit.
3. Consultation, property and housing unit.
