Dean's speech

This college was founded, which includes two faculties: departments of history and Biology, and followed by the departments of Arabic language and Physics in order to provide the society with qualified and competent and energetic ; cadres ; to spread social awareness throughout Iraqi society. It has been building its students from the first day in a balanced manner in the aspects of educated personality from all areas, including knowledge, skill and teaching methods. This enhances the positive coexistence between the people in Kirkuk governorate of different ethnicities, sects and religions, as well as works to provide educational institutions with the best educated cadres through the adoption of the best means and methods in teaching. Since college has the best teaching experiences, having a long history and accumulated experience in this field. Therefore, this college seeks through its Dean, represented by the Dean, Professor Dr. Ibrahim Saleh Ahmed Al-Jubouri to open new faculties that meet the knowledge needs in the purely scientific faculties and the humanitarian departments indispensable to society.
