As part of the field visitation , the Dean of the College of Science, Assistant Professor Dr. Neama Ali Ahmed, accompanied by his assistants, inspected the examination halls to review the progress of the final examinations (second round) for undergraduate and graduate students for the academic year 2022-2023, and to preform the process efficiently , to see the questions sheet and the examination atmosphere, speaking with a group of students to stand by. On their needs and obstacles they face while taking the final exams and the need to overcome them.
During the visit, His Excellency was also briefed on the progress of the examination committees in the scientific departments and the preparations for the final examinations. and stressed the necessity of adhering to the ministerial instructions and directives of the university presidency regarding examinations, including preparing tables and examination halls, providing all necessary supplies for the comfort of students, and providing the best services with the aim of making the examination process a success and completing it to the fullest extent.
He added that exams are being conducted smoothly in accordance with the contexts and instructions set by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and the Presidency of the University of Kirkuk, wishing all students good luck and success in the upcoming exams.
