Both extracts (cold aqueous and alcoholic) showed remarkable inhibitory efficacy against the types of bacteria under study and the effectiveness increased with increasing concentrations for both, as the latter concentration (0.4%) gave the highest inhibitory capacity of Klebsiella spp. St. pyogenes and E. coli with no inhibitory effect of S. aureus for both extracts, E. coli was the least affected among the species used, while E. coli was the least affected among the species used, while E. coli . S pyogenes were most affected by concentrations of both extracts |
