The College of Education for Pure Sciences organized a field workshop titled "Practical Field Exercises for Spill Response and Faculty Skill Development," within the framework of enhancing laboratory safety procedures and developing the professional competence of the teaching staff.

The workshop aimed to practically train faculty members on proper mechanisms for handling spill incidents within laboratories, and to introduce the correct procedures for using safety equipment and emergency supplies, contributing to reducing potential risks and providing a safe educational and research environment.

The field practice included a detailed explanation of the standard operating procedures followed in emergency situations, along with practical applications that contribute to raising the level of awareness and occupational safety within the laboratories.
