Scientific Affairs Division
The tasks of the Scientific Affairs Division are summarized as follows:
1- Follow up on the research activity of faculty members within a research plan.
2- Supervising the organization of conferences and workshops at the university.
3- Follow up on the procedures of scientific journals that are displayed within the university.
4- Facilitating academic graduation requirements,
5- Facilitating the transactions of experienced professors.
6- Follow up on the distinguished course.
7- Submit proposals to increase the number of publications submitted by faculty members.
8- Strengthening scientific relations with public interests.
9- Directly opening horizons for developing scientific cadres at the university.
10- Follow up and document the latest publications of university teachers in international classifications.
11- Preparing the party’s annual research structure with faculty members.
12- Holding conferences, scientific seminars and workshops.
13- Following up on the new leadership of faculty members and independent researchers at the college.
14- Research coordination with other state agencies, including community service and the national economy.
15- Follow up on the implementation of the college’s research building.
16- Obtaining letters of thanks from the deanship to researchers who publish their research in peer-reviewed scientific journals.
17- Follow up on the dismissal of professors who wrote on the topic of resistance.
18- Managing and coordinating scientific and cultural conferences and seminars at the college.
19- Archiving everything related to the academic aspect and academic titles of teachers.
20- Organizing the latest completed and published scientific promotion models.
21-Cooperation with state departments in marketing scientific products.
22- Follow up on the daily mail and edit administrative correspondence to and from the division.
23- Obtaining letters of thanks to researchers who have obtained a patent.
24-Following up on the affairs of scholarship students and those with academic degrees outside Iraq.
25- Follow up on sending academic staff inside and outside Iraq.
