Legal Division

Vision :-

Striving to obtain a prestigious position and position in the college in terms of performance and speed of completion of the internal and external tasks entrusted to it, and to raise its level of evaluation to be at the forefront of the legal division at the University of Kirkuk.

The Message :-

Working to raise the administrative and legal level of the college with regard to administrative orders, especially those related to investigative boards and external college issues, and working to spread the legal culture among the employee segment in terms of their commitment to performing their duties to guarantee the college’s rights and their own rights alike.

Objectives :-

1- Follow up on legal work and investigative and auditing councils in accordance with the law and in a manner consistent with the interests of the college.
2- Providing legal advice to all units, divisions and departments in the college.
3- Providing legal protection for the college and defending it legally.
4- Developing the expertise of the legal employee through careful deduction of the content of official books and reducing reliance on inquiries in order to maintain speed of performance.
