About the Branch

This branch is one of the first branches established in the college. In addition to Anatomy, it includes the Departments of Histology and Embryology. Teaching in the branch relies on plastic models, real cadavers, and plastinated specimens.

Objectives of the Branch:

  1. To train students in cadaver dissection methods in order to enhance their level of thinking, understanding, and knowledge of the fine structures of the human body, both external and internal.
  2. To help students acquire the basic principles of Embryology and Histology.
