An administrative division that provides administrative services to college employees and collects job-related data and issuing administrative letters related to their rights, such as promotions, bonuses, transfer of services, allocations, formation of committees, answering letters, referral to retirement, placement, transfer, exemption and assignment, granting leaves, and it consists of the following units: -

-Staffing unit.

-Electronic archiving unit.

-Incoming and outgoing unit.

-Retirement unit.

-ID unit.

-Personal profile unit.

-Reception.

-Machinery unit.

-Services unit.
