A central committee visits the College of Engineering/Department of Petroleum Engineering

‎The Central Examinations Follow-up Committee from the Presidency of Kirkuk University visited the College of Engineering to follow up on the progress of the final exams for undergraduate students for the second semester (2023-2024) and the work processes of the exam committees to ensure the smooth flow of exam performance and achieve academic sobriety.
The committee was received by the Head of the Petroleum Engineering Department, Dr. Adnan Ajam Abd. The committee inspected the mechanism of work of the examination committees and the procedures followed and their suitability to the laws and examination instructions, and ensured the availability of appropriate conditions for examinations and the services provided to students inside the examination halls. The nature of the questions, the extent of their coverage of the academic subject, and the mechanisms for recording grades and keeping records were also reviewed.
At the conclusion of the visit, the committee praised the efforts of the deanship and the examination committees in the good organization and management of the examination process.
