- Providing specialized psychological and educational consultations to community segments through specialized and societal committees and units to address behavioral challenges.
- Organizing training courses to build individual personality and enhance mental health within educational and academic institutions in the governorate.
Language Initiatives and Identity Preservation
- Launching free courses to develop skills in Arabic and other languages for state employees to raise the efficiency of correspondence.
- Holding poetry festivals and intellectual competitions that support cultural diversity and the authentic heritage identity of Kirkuk city.
Continuous Education and Digital and Academic Literacy
- Active contribution to supporting literacy centers and qualifying educational staff through sustainable programs implemented by the Departments of Educational Sciences.
- Implementing open workshops aimed at developing modern teaching methods and using modern digital tools in school and academic education.
History Documentation and Heritage Revival
- Conducting field and historical studies to document the landmarks and antiquities of Kirkuk Governorate and protect its cultural archive from oblivion.
Humanitarian Initiatives and Solidarity
- Launching volunteer campaigns to support humanitarian institutions such as care homes for the elderly and orphans and providing them with continuous support.
- Initiatives to support schools in underprivileged areas and provide them with stationery and enrichment books.
Applied Human Research and Studies
- Directing Ph.D. dissertations and Master's theses to address current societal phenomena and problems and providing scientific solutions applicable to actual implementation.
- Activating academic partnerships and international scientific conferences to keep pace with the latest educational curricula and implement the Bologna Process with high efficiency.
