Academic Affairs Unit

        The department was founded along with the foundation of the Faculty of Education in 2002 when Kirkuk University was administered by the Grand University of Mosul. The department comprises a number of independent units including Graduate School, Scholarships; Cultural Affairs; Planning, Research, Monitoring . The responsibilities of the unit include issuing official letters regarding obtaining academic certificates, academic promotion, forming academic committees. Moreover, the unit executes research, helds seminars, symposiums. It also issues letters to confirm scholarships, fellowships. And it also organises the final exam committees through collaborating with the academic departments at the faculty. It also registers, records the achievements of the relevant academic staff.
