English The legal section
1-This section was established as a legal unit in the year 2005 in order to answer the needs of the college till the year 2008 when it was classified as a (section) due to the increased need to its services after the increase in the number of departments and students.
2-The legal section consists of two units of administration, one for contracts and consultations and another one for legal eases.
3-The main functions of the legal section include the application of laws and directives, fixing the case of transgressing the laws and following the commitment of the workers and the personnel to the administrative instruction. Moreover, this section carries out the process of arranging and signing different kinds of contracts in addition to representing of the college in the courts and other legal and other administrative bodies.
