Quality Assurance and Performance Evaluation Section
An overview
Quality Assurance and University Performance Section consists of University Performance Unit and laboratories Dependence Unit.
This section consists of six scientific laboratories.
Administration Skeleton: It includes:
-Asst. Inst. Suhaila Khalid Ameen: in charge of Quality Assurance and Performance Evaluation Section
-Siro Mohammed Kareem: a clerk in Quality Assurance Section
- Asst. Inst. Darya Ahmed Majeed: in charge of Laboratories Dependence Unit
Duties of the Section
* Accomplishing the file of the college staff performance evaluation (cader of teachers and clerks and evaluating their performance annually)
* Accomplishing plans of betterment of all administrative and scientific departments and following them up periodically.
* Establishing data bases for teachers and students in the scientific departments and administrative sections and units belonging to the college.
* Accomplishing study of annual self – assessment of the college.
- Codifying the study curricula annually
-Preparing a description of the academic programme annually.
* Following up the scientific departments works administratively and scientifically.
* Answering the administrative orders received from the scientific departments and administrative sections and units from inside college and those of the University and the Ministry.
* Accomplishing the evaluative questionnaires like that of students' opinions of their teachers and if students are satisfied with the teaching act and the tests they have annually.
* Supervising college laboratories and their compatibility with the local parameters adopted for laboratories.
* Applying organizational and academic assurance parameters and academic dependence of the college.
* Coordinating with the college teachers to complete and update their cv data.
* Adopting the scientific precision between our college and other private colleges, and the like, and following up the evaluative tests among universities.
* Following up all that is needed by the Iraqi and international universities to be in line with for the national or international classification for international universities.
