Kurdish department

Kurdish department was established in the academic year (2004-2005) to meet the needs of Kirkuk city schools for Kurdish teachers, especially the schools whose instruction language is Kurdish, which are mainly in areas highly populated with the Kurd citizens. Four batches (fourth year students) have graduated from Kurdish department.

Objectives of The department    

The department aims to graduate students specialized in Kurdish language and literature, to furnish Kurdish schools with efficient teachers and to meet the needs of those schools.

Message of the department

The department message is to prepare a generation of graduates cognizant of their choice of future, a learned generation who would aid intermediate and preparatory school students to rise with their opinions and linguistic and literary capabilities.
