Graduation certificate stating the GPA (in digits and words), and a graduation endorsement letter stating the GPA and student rank (for both morning and evening studies), addressed to the College of Education for Human Sciences / Graduate Studies Division.
Proficiency certificates for English, Computer Science, and Arabic language from an accredited center.
Two letters of recommendation from the applicant's professors (specifically for Islamic Studies only).
A printed copy of the electronic application form.

Unified National ID (or Civil Status ID + Citizenship Certificate).
Residence Card and Ration Card.

Important Notices and Notes:
These regulations apply to applicants for both (General and Self-Funded/Private Expense) channels.
Privileged Channels: Special forms for families of martyrs, political prisoners, or individuals with disabilities must be attached as applicable.
For Employees: An official "No Objection" letter, service summary, and appointment/commencement orders must be provided.
Security clearances and an undertaking regarding non-inclusion in Accountability and Justice procedures must be completed.
Applicants for the Self-Funded channel are exempt from age and GPA requirements (for non-employees).
