Required Documents for Registration
Note: Bring all original documents. The student must be present in person for registration and commencement.
Documents Required from the Applicant:
- Original Secondary School Graduation Certificate (Document) + (2 color copies).
- Central Admission Letter showing the student's name.
- School Record Card.
- Civil Status ID or Unified National Card (2 color copies).
- Iraqi Nationality Certificate or Unified National Card (2 color copies).
- Residence Card (2 color copies).
- Food Ration Card (2 color copies).
- Medical Examination Form.
- Six (6) color photographs with a white background in a private envelope.
- Color copies of the Civil Status ID or Unified Card for both parents.
- A guarantor to sponsor the student during study years (must be a government employee in civilian ministries only).
Documents Required from the Guarantor (Sponsor):
- An endorsement letter from the guarantor's department addressed to: College of Education for Human Sciences / University of Kirkuk, specifying basic and total salary, job title, and confirming they are currently in service.
- Civil Status ID or Unified National Card (2 color copies).
- Iraqi Nationality Certificate or Unified National Card (2 color copies).
- Residence Card (2 color copies).
- Departmental ID Badge (2 color copies).
Note: Bring all original documents mentioned above for the guarantor. The guarantor must also be present in person.
