A scientific symposium on the evaluation forms guide in the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research

Under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Education for Human Sciences, Professor Dr. Farhad Aziz Mohieddin, the Quality Assurance and University Performance Evaluation Division, in cooperation with the Continuing Education Division, organized a distinguished scientific symposium entitled “Guide to Evaluation Forms in the Ministry of Higher Education” on 3/27/2024, and it was delivered by M. M. Amal Muhammad Bahram and M. Suzan Qasim Akbar.

 The symposium discussed the importance of using performance evaluation forms in academic work and how to achieve quality in educational work through them. It also discussed how to apply these forms effectively to improve university and higher education performance, as well as addressing the importance of performance evaluation in developing curricula and educational methods and improving the educational environment in general. During the symposium, the best practices and successful experiences in the fields of performance evaluation in many universities nationwide were reviewed, and the pivotal role of performance evaluation in raising the level of education and ensuring its quality was highlighted. At the end of the symposium, the Dean stressed the importance of continuing such awareness-raising activities.
