Under the patronage of Professor Dr. Farhad Aziz Mohiuddin, Dean of the College of Education for Humanities, the Department of Geography organized a scientific visit to the college library with the aim of enhancing students' scientific research skills and enabling them to benefit from the available scientific resources. The visit included an introductory tour of the library and its various departments, and the latest books, references, and scientific periodicals specialized in geography and related sciences were reviewed. The library staff also provided an explanation of the mechanisms for searching for scientific sources, methods of documenting references, and how to benefit from electronic databases. The supervisors of the visit emphasized that this initiative comes within the framework of encouraging students to conduct sound scientific research and develop their ability to investigate information in a systematic academic manner, and that continuous access to modern sources contributes to developing the scientific level of students and enhances the quality of their academic research.
