Workshop to develop professional skills for fourth-year students

 Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Farhad Aziz Mohiuddin, Dean of the College of Education for Humanities, the Department of Educational and Psychological Sciences, in cooperation with the Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance Unit, held a training workshop for fourth-year students to develop their professional skills during the application period according to academic accreditation standards. The workshop aimed to prepare students to deal with field challenges during the educational application period as an integral part of achieving the academic accreditation standards that the college seeks to establish. The workshop included scientific and practical axes that included modern teaching techniques, classroom management according to effective methodologies, strategic lesson planning, and performance evaluation foundations in line with internationally approved academic standards. The workshop also addressed the importance of personal skills such as effective communication, problem solving, and building a positive relationship with students, which are essential standards within academic accreditation.

His Excellency the Dean stressed the importance of the application period as a direct reflection of the level of education in the college. He also directed students to develop their professional and educational competencies and adhere to the ethical values ​​that enhance the teacher's position and role in building society.
