Final Session of the Scientific Debate for General Information in the Turkish Language Department

Under the generous patronage of Prof. Dr. Farhad Aziz Mohiuddin, Dean of the College of Education for Humanities, and within the scientific activities that aim to enhance the cultural and cognitive aspect of students, the Turkish Language Department witnessed the convening of the final session of the Scientific Debate for General Information. This debate came within a series of scientific activities organized by the department throughout the semester and aimed to enhance the spirit of positive competition among students and develop critical thinking and creativity skills. The session was opened with a speech by the Head of the Department, who praised the efforts of the participating students and the importance of these activities in refining their talents and enhancing their scientific and cultural knowledge. In the final round, distinguished teams from students of different academic levels competed, as various questions were asked that covered multiple fields such as literature, history, general culture and the Turkish language. The teams showed exceptional performance, as they were distinguished by accurate answers and speed in interacting with the questions, which added great enthusiasm to the atmosphere of the debate. The winning team was honored with certificates of appreciation and symbolic prizes by His Excellency the Dean, who expressed his pride in the level of the participating students and praised the spirit of cooperation and positive competition that The debate was distinguished and he stressed the importance of these activities because they are an important step in developing the educational environment in the department and they open new horizons for students to acquire knowledge in an innovative and interactive way.
