A cooperation committee between the College of Education for Humanities and the Education Directorate to improve outcomes

Based on the principle of cooperation between government departments and for the necessity of preparing qualified graduates who are compatible with the requirements of the labor market, a cooperation committee was formed between the College of Education for Humanities and the Education Directorate in the governorate, with the aim of applying national standards for accrediting the programs of the colleges of the educational group, to improve the college's outcomes and ensure their suitability to the needs of the market. His Excellency the Dean of the College of Education for Humanities, Professor Dr. Farhad Aziz Mohiuddin, explained that the college's outcomes will be inputs for the education directorates, which means that the students who are qualified in the college will form a qualitative workforce that contributes to the development of education. His Excellency stressed that this step comes within the framework of the commitment to improving the quality of education and achieving the strategic goals of developing education in Iraq, pointing out the importance of joint work between academics and practitioners in the educational field to achieve a clear vision and qualify students to what is consistent with contemporary needs. The committee formed between the college and the Directorate of Education will analyze the requirements of the labor market and determine the skills and knowledge that students must master to achieve success in their professional lives, by studying the needs of schools, including developing curricula and introducing modern teaching techniques and methods, in line with the best international practices.
