The Committee for Cooperation Mechanism between State Departments visits the Environment Department in Kirkuk

Under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Education for Humanities, Professor Dr. Farhad Aziz Mohieddin, a delegation of faculty members from the College of Education for Humanities visited the Department of Environment in Kirkuk Governorate. The visit aimed to enhance cooperation and exchange knowledge and experiences between the concerned authorities and government institutions. During the visit, a discussion took place A number of environmental issues of common interest and exchange of experiences in the field of environmental protection and sustainability. The challenges facing the department and ways to improve performance and develop the services provided were also reviewed.

 The visiting delegation listened to detailed reports on the environmental programs and projects that the work team in the Department of Environment is working on, and opinions and comments were exchanged on ways to enhance future cooperation between the college and the department.

 In turn, the college delegation expressed its great appreciation for the efforts made by the Department of Environment in preserving the environment and promoting environmental awareness in society, and stressed the college’s readiness to support and enhance cooperation in multiple fields that serve the environment and the local community.
