The Dean meets with all college employees

Within the framework of its strategic vision to achieve leadership and academic excellence, the Dean of the College of Education for the Humanities, Professor Dr. Farhad Aziz Mohieddin, held an important meeting with the college’s employees today, on February 29, 2024. The meeting was attended by all administrative and technical employees, and the challenges and opportunities facing the college were discussed. Providing new directives to improve administrative work and serve the scientific institution. Moreover, His Excellency stressed the importance of effective and transparent communication with all individuals in the college and exchanging ideas and proposals to improve administrative procedures and processes. He pledged to support and encourage innovation and develop job competencies. At the end of the meeting, the employees expressed their gratitude. For the opportunity to exchange views and strive towards achieving common goals, they expressed their willingness to work hard and with dedication in serving the scientific institution under the supervision of His Excellency’s effective leadership. The session was full of constructive, interactive and fruitful dialogue between the Dean and the employees, as many ideas and suggestions were put forward that would support the strategic vision.
