English Department Participates in a Volunteer Campaign

Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Farhad Aziz Mohiuddin, Dean of the College of Education for Humanities, and under the supervision of the Head of the English Department, the Volunteer Work Committee and a group of faculty members and students in the department participated with the Central Volunteer Work Committee at the University of Kirkuk, represented by the head of the committee, Dr. Salwa Gerges Salman, and members of the committee in the volunteer campaign to visit the Autism Center for Children at the Children's Hospital in Kirkuk today, Sunday, 12/29/2024. The visit culminated in contributing to presenting gifts to the children at the center on the occasion of the opening of the center. This visit expresses the performance of the college and the department in their humanitarian role towards the children of the center and those working in it. The Director of Kirkuk Health, Dr. Arjan Muhammad Rashid, and the Director of the Center, Dr. Pharmacist Taymour Samir Mahmoud, expressed their thanks and gratitude for this, and there will be other visits to the center and participation in other volunteer campaigns.
