Citizen Affairs Unit
The Citizen Affairs Unit is responsible for facilitating communication with citizens, responding to their inquiries, following up on their requests, and providing administrative support and necessary services quickly and effectively.
The unit aims to improve the quality of services provided to citizens and visitors, monitor their complaints and suggestions, and ensure they are addressed according to official approved procedures. It also works on documenting all transactions to ensure transparency and speed of completion.
Main Tasks
- Registering citizen requests and complaints with regular follow-up.
- Providing consultations and guidance to citizens regarding available services.
- Ensuring effective communication between citizens and various departments.
- Monitoring administrative procedures to ensure rapid completion.
- Organizing and documenting all requests and transactions clearly.

- Providing support and assistance in a polite and effective manner.
- Periodic monitoring of procedure implementation and reporting to management.
- Collaborating with all departments to ensure efficient request processing.
- Maintaining the confidentiality of citizens' personal information.
