Studies, Planning and Follow-up Unit

The Studies, Planning and Follow-up Unit is one of the pivotal units in the college, responsible for preparing strategic plans and monitoring their implementation to enhance institutional performance and achieve college objectives.

Unit Overview

The unit specializes in collecting and analyzing statistical data, preparing annual and future studies and plans, and monitoring achievement rates to support decision-making and improve administrative and academic efficiency.

  • Preparing strategic and operational plans for the college.
  • Collecting and analyzing statistical data and indicators.

  • Preparing periodic reports for submission to relevant authorities.
  • Coordinating with various departments and units.
