Legal Affairs Unit

The Legal Affairs Unit is responsible for providing legal consultations to the college, monitoring legal cases and procedures, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.

Unit Overview

This unit specializes in providing legal advice, preparing contracts and agreements, monitoring regulations and systems, and protecting the rights of the college and its employees to ensure compliance with the legal and regulatory framework.

Main Tasks

  • Providing legal consultation to the administration and staff.
  • Reviewing contracts, agreements, and official documents.
  • Following up on legal cases filed involving the college.
  • Ensuring compliance with university laws and regulations.
  • Preparing periodic legal reports.

Core Duties

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of legal information.
  • Providing accurate and reliable legal opinions.
  • Monitoring and implementing legal changes.
  • Supporting various departments in resolving legal issues.
  • Contributing to the protection of the college's and employees' rights.
